Not sure what to say?

Just found this while thinking back to a lifetime ago. Dr migel was my 4 children´s pediatrician in tenafly. Dr migel helped diagnosed my Melanie with FMF and ref to Dr Jacob´s (rip) at Columbia. I also became a patient of Terry´s after being widowed. A lifetime ago, bitter sweet to have outlived so many amazing people who touched my life in profound ways. God bless his memory and praying for a family who lost a wonderful husband & father.

Terry, Peter was such a kind gentle soul. My daughter turned 58 and I was thinking about him. Denise also saw you. You were both a brief, wonderful part of our lives. Richard Friedman Charlotte, NC

I grew up in Englewood New Jersey and was a childhood patient of Dr. Migel's. He was the first doctor I ever knew. What a kind and gentle man. He had such a special way about him. I am 45 years old now and I can still hear his voice in my head. When I was very little, he'd do this cute thing with the otoscope where he'd ask if I wanted to blow out the light and then he'd let me. Dr. Migel was a very happy, safe and consistent part of my childhood. I still think of I'm often.

I will always remember Dr Migel. I can still hear his advice and words of wisdom in my ears 33 years later. I share this advice with my daughter as she raises her daughter. He has left his mark on generations.

I will always remember Peter. One of the kindest, intelligent, and humble men Ive met in my life. So wise and strong. The world is a better place because he was here.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Peter's passing. He was such a special person. I personally will always remember the wise words he said to me after my father died. Wishing your family peace during this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathies to the Miguel family. We have just learned of his untimely passing and we are deeply saddened by this. I remember he was the first person I saw at Columbia Pres. after having a c section with my daughter who is now 35. He was a very patient man and helped guide me along as a new mother. Then my son came along who is now 24. He needed tubes in his ears and I remember getting a phone call from him in the evening to find out how the parents were doing knowing that our son...

It seems like yesterday when Brian (28) and Lauren (25) were delivered into the care of Dr. Migel. He shared many of your family stories to ease me into my new role of Mom - telling me that everything would be fine. The kids loved meeting his parrot too.

I remember hearing about his daughter's travels / studies in Russia. I thought he and his wife were very brave or crazy to let their child go abroad, but things worked out and from what I heard, it was a great learning experience for...

We wish to express our deepest sympathy to the Migel family. We remember when our son Josh Lipton was 4 years old. We were visiting from Boston and Peter saw Josh at Babies Hospital. We thought it was meningitis. He told us to go out a special door so we would not have to pay. He called Jeff in Boston and called me multiple times that night to check on Josh. Noah, remember the car incident and the meeting we had with your dad the following day. All good memories. The Lipton Family
