I went to Queens with Pete and we stayed friends throughout high school. Even though we had lost touch over the years, I was saddened to learn of his passing. I remember him being a stand-up guy, EXTREMELY funny, with an absoutely brilliant smile. The world was a much better place for having had him in it.
