I remember Peter fondly as a good friend during our early years in Central Oregon, and then some years later at the coast. He was open, generous, and thoughtful. He handed me one of the best beers of my life after loading and unloading his truck. Don´t remember the cargo, but I´ll never forget that beer. At the coast, he steered me into what became many seasons of bottom fishing off Polly Rock. Thank you, Peter.

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer with Peter in Honduras. Peter was a quiet, kind-hearted gentleman who attended my wedding in 1968. Our prayers are for him and his beautiful family.
