Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences and sympathy for Belia and the Nichols-Greek families. I was just recently made aware of his passing. I thought Peter was such an amazing and BRILLIANT man. We had fantastic conversations about everything from Quakers to architecture in my hometown of Columbus, Indiana. He will be greatly missed and I will forever honor him. May God bless those he left behind.

I remember Peter as an active member of
Cedar County Historical Society in Stockton, Missouri.

Peter was a wonderful friend to our family, befriending us from the very first time that John Peterson attended Friends Meeting of Austin in May, 1981. Peter was kind and caring and a terrific storyteller. We will miss him a LOT, but will remember him always with gratitude and appreciation.
To his beloved and loyal wife, Belia, and to all the family, our deepest and heartfelt condolences. A life well-lived, but still it must be so terribly sad and difficult to say goodbye. May his...

One of my fond memories of Peter is him doing some really corny but hilarious magic tricks at a FMA Christmas party. We all cheered him on. My best to Bella and the rest of the family.....holding you in the Light.

Sending love to Belia and Peter's family. Peter was a beautiful soul. His smile and gentle way just lit up a room.

I remember Peter's stories and his embracing of the LGBT community many years ago, when society was quite judging of our brothers and sisters. I remember him enjoying sharing anecdotes and how he liked singing. I remember his appreciation and love of his son, who occasionally joined the Young Friends in activities. Peter had a good attitude toward life, which inspired those around him.
