Great man...true American, a Marine thru and thru

RIP Colonel, you were class personified . I worked for Pete at MMH many years ago, he always had your back, although he "didn't suffer fools" as they say. Very glad that I had the opportunity to run into him on occasion. My appreciation for the man that he was grew over time. Say hi to Bill Gorman for me Pete. Semper fi , well done, proud to have known you . Condolences to the extended family.
Mike Murphy and family

I am so sorry for your loss, my deepest condolences to you and your family. I had the privilege to work with and get to know Peter at Newark Airport in 2004-05, just a lovely man so easy to talk to. I will never forget him. We have another guardian angel looking out for us. Semper Fi Peter!

To John & Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss and my thoughts are with you during this time of remembrance and mourning. You will be on my mind.
Sincerely, Kellie O'Hara Carter

Kathleen,

Please accept my condolences on the passing of your father. I was a Deputy Attorney General who worked with your father when he was Director of Highway Traffic Safety and had the honor of saying a few words when he left State service. I believe I met you at his dinner. He was a great guy to work with-one of a kind who I'm sure will be missed by all who knew him.
