Peter Perlotto

I first met Pete several years ago. My family owned Vi-Arms restaurant in Thomaston. Pete and his crew were there for lunch every day if they were working in the area. It was always a tossup to see if there would be more CL&P guys or SNET guys, but it was always one big happy get together. Pete was the one with the biggest laugh.
