I always enjoyed his ebullient and hospitable personality. His were the makings of a great restauranteur and businessman. Kind, generous and solicitous of others .. he'll be missed.
As Stepfather to my brother-in-law Robert D Sullivan (the widower Peter Platanitis married the widow Helen Bains Sullivan) ... he was well liked by our entire Connolly family. To my niece and nephew - he was happily "Grandpa Pete".
