Peter J. Poeschel

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. I'll never forget the wonderful times we had together as we grew up. You taught us how to work hard and save for the future. Thanks uncle Pete!!

I met Peter and his business partner Ron Schultz in the early 1970's over fifty years ago. I leased a log sorting yard, bought logs and timber, traded services and had an unmeasurable amount of fun with both of them over the years. I believe both of them made this world and our industry a much better place for us all. I hope the angels enjoy Peters laugh as much as I did, it came directly from the apex of his soul. I am grateful and was blessed to have known both of these fine men.

Pete had an infectious laugh and giggle that I will always remember - he was a kind soul that first met as an inspector and later when my husband Gene worked with and eventually for him. He was passionate about his causes and would step in to help when he could. My sincerest sympathy to the family - his was a life well lived.

Wherever I met Pete,he had a smile. We had many connections through the timber business over the years. The last time I saw him was at the Sons of Norway and he was always a joy to talk over memories. My deepest sympathy to his family at this time.
