Peter Barth Polatin

The staff at Kentucky Refugee Ministries in Lexington KY are so saddened to hear this news. In his retirement these last couple of years, Dr. Polatin actively helped us to set up our Survivors of Torture Recovery Center, and advised us (as well as our whole statewide network of Survivors of Torture centers) on best practices for working with survivors. We learned so much from him and were so fortunate to get to know him. We will miss him, but he will not be forgotten.
