Peter C. Rollins Ph.D.

Peter C. Rollins' death is a loss to many, including me. Among other professional contributions, Peter was a true colleague and champion for the military. Having myself served for 9 years active and reserves, I valued his understanding of our military role in Vietnam. We remember his sense of humor and creativity. Peter was truly a renaissance gentleman who exhibited every trait that is good about mankind. Scholar, veteran, friend he leaves a world of colleagues and friends who will deeply miss "Pedro." I am one of them.

I am so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. I first met and knew Peter at Oklahoma State University, both as a student and a colleague. Not only did he become a mentor of mine as I worked toward a Master's degree in English, but we worked together on many projects.
