Peter Eugene "Gene" Samborsky

Gene was a great golf teacher. He spent hours on the WHCC driving range with me growing up and helped me to become a great high school player at St. X. He was a true gentleman and had a big impact on my childhood development. RIP Gene and thanks for the care you showed for me as a young man.

I met Gene, as I called him Genius Gene, as a golf instructor. His sarcasm, wit, sense of humor and love of the game were very endearing. I cherish the lessons I had with him and honored that he actually said he liked the round of golf we played during one of my lessons. You will always be thought of with a Smile Genius Gene.

Gene was a neighbor for many years. Great golfer and teacher. As a fellow Vietnam Vet, I am proud to have known him.
RIP MY FRIEND!!!!
