So sad to hear of the closing of this monumental library (Peter Satori). My sales career began on Colorado Blvd in1975. Being a passed employee of such a notable dealership provided me many opportunities in the "motorcar" business. Not only in California,but in each state that I was employed. I'm thankful for the foundation that was afforded me by Mr. Satori.

Your Father sounds like he lived a FULL life. I am sorry for your loss.
I am researching his Jaguar Dealership. On May 22-23, 1961, he displayed a 1961 Jaguar XKE in his showroom. I suspect that is the same XKE, which I have owned for the last 49 years. I think that your Father was able to display the first XKE on the West Coast.
Can you, or one of your sisters, please provide me with some photos or information about this car? I appreciate your help in this quest. Thank you...
