I met Peter at Saddlepeak Lodge in Calabasas, CA after he and Reggie sold Camille's in 1993. I was in college studying to become an actor and took a job in the kitchen to help pay my way through college. Later he hired me as his sous chef for a brief stint at Val's in Burbank. After that we lost touch but I never became an actor. Instead I became a chef and have been running my own kitchen for the past 7 years or so. Thank you Peter for believing in me.
