We are very sorry for your loss. We will always remember the fun times we had with your parent. Lots of laughs and kidding around. We wish you all the best.

Barely two months apart from each other, they departed this life, Kaye and Pete Schroeder.
So soonKaye. Despite little opportunity and time to spend with her, I found the time I did get to spend with Kaye to be enjoyable. All who knew her, in fact, must have appreciated the warm home she had created, and the hospitality she offered. And though this memory is many years old now, I still recall appreciating her instantly as a fellow (sister?) ardent tree-lover. How could anyone not resonate...

Dear Kelly and Mitchell, I just wanted to let you know how sorry I was to learn of your mom and then your dad's passing. I knew your mom better than your dad but it's been years since I've seen them. I have many memories of spending time at your house with my mom Patsy (Perry). Your mom also made it possible for me to have a cat when my dad had told me I couldn't. She gave it to me as a birthday present so he couldn't say no! LOL That cat lived to be 18 and we all loved him. I don't...

So sad to here of Pete's passing. He was a colleague in the machinist trade and I came to know by sending work to his shop from USNR. He eventually became a friend of mine of mind. On occasion I would talk to him on the phone or stop by his shop and our conversation would always seem to lead to fishing. He was always so easy to talk to! He will be missed greatly and my condolences to his family.

I only knew Pete as the owner of his machine shop. He was always a gracious host and a pretty good "kidder", my kind of people person. Best wishes to all in his family and his workplace. RIP, Pete!

Pete was a great boss and friend, I seen him help so many people in the years that I worked for him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

No words can express the loss we all feel losing both Kaye and Pete. The were dear friends and will be missed. Both always with a generous sense of humor and generous to everyone. We shared many great times over the many, many years. Rest in Peace. Always look for the double rainbow showing their smiles for us that are saddened by the loss.

Pete was a very positive, humorous, and an all-round good person that will be greatly missed at the coming reunion. I'm so sorry we didn't all know that he wasn't well.
