Peter Andrew Scontras

Dear Sofie and family,
Know that our hearts and thoughts are with you. May the love of family and friends help sustain you at this difficult time. Peter truly left an indelible legacy. He will never be forgotten. Sending you much love.

We have lost a great man. I will forever remember his figure running through New Castle, waving as he'd pass us out walking the dog. My thoughts and wishes to Lisa, Sofie, and all of the rest of the family.

I have dear memories of seeing you both at church and at the Navy Yard Gym. You were an inspirational person. Rest in peace Peter.

To the Scontras family,
I am saddened at the loss of Mr. Scontras. I personally looked up to him from the time I was a teenager and realized he was an incredible human being. I will always remember him fondly as a man of strong personnel character, family values and a proud veteran of our United States military. I salute you Mr. Scontras!

Linda & I are so sad to hear of Pete's passing. I knew him for many, many tears from the Shipyard, from road races, and from running into you both at Harbor Beach in York.
