Rest in Peace, Peter Secchia. Well Done.

God, Family & Country. Rest In Peace Peter Secchia.

Peter Secchia was a person of action. Whenever I approached him as Ottawa County GOP Chair, he gave careful thought to what I said and did not hesitate to say whether it made sense. That was refreshing and saved wasting valuable time waiting for answers that were obvious. I learned a lot from him, and I like to think he learned some important points about the various parts o the state, It was easy for me to see why he was such a successful business man and political leader. Ambassador Peter Secchia was a very special person. I was sad to hear of the passing of a leader who made a lasting positive impact on West Michigan and beyond. Peter did not hesitate to share his views and in the process helped make our community a better place. His enthusiasm and commitment to causes was most appreciated, and I was honored to work with him as a state Republican Party leader. Condolences to his wife Joan and his entire family.

We were saddened to hear of Peter's passing. It was an honor to be numbered among those who were greatly influenced by his presence in our lives. Our condolences to Joan and the family.
