Not sure what to say?

Carolyn and Family I was so sorry to learn of Peter´s death. I only learned of it last week from your sister Mary Elizabeth!! I met you on only a few occasions but I knew from my parents that you were named for my dear father Peter who was your mother´s baby brother Peter. Wonderful stories they all shared about family!!! I AM looking forward to meeting you in the here after when hopefully we can all be together again!! Affectionately, Patty Murphy van der Velde

Condolences to the shea family on the anniversary of Peter senior's passing. God bless you all .

We will miss Uncle Peter dearly . . Always a smile and welcoming to our family! He was generous and kind to our family and I am grateful. Every time I would see him I would think of my mom, his sister . . I know they are all together, in heaven watching over us. I have a memory going to the family house for Christmas and he would play, hide the silver dollar for us young ones.

My deepest sympathy to you Carolyn and your family. I met your Peter [ my first cousin] and you a few times. Wish I lived closer. Much Love, John Foy, Toronto Canada. Age 92.

As a fellow `53 graduate of Loyola High school and fellow team tennis member, I only have wonderful memories of Peter. God bless his soul.

Sending prayers, condolences and much respect. I had the pleasure of working for Shea Heavy Construction for 20 years and enjoyed every minute. Peter Sr. was kind, intelligent and generous. The world needs more men like him. RIP.

Sending my condolences and sympathy. I had the privilege to meet Mr. Shea related to Shea's work for the Metropolitan Water District. We have always had the highest regard for him.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
