Peter D. Shewchuk

I served with Peter in the Seabees in Vietnam. I'm deeply saddened by this news of his passing. I've been searching for him for years without success. I knew he was from New England, but never sure exactly where he lived. He was a great pal and we had bunches of laughs together. this view is the two of us at Camp Then Sha, Naval Support Facility, DaNang during the typhoon of early 1971. Janice, Ali, Erik, and Michael I am so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys at this time. We are all hurting at this time , but we have to keep in mind how much Peter was hurting. I am glad that I was able to speak to Pete just 2 Days before he passed. I will miss my buddy. We had many happy times at the casino ,and the Tri- County Fair horse races. Peace be with you.
