Not sure what to say?

My deepest sincere sympathy on the passing of Pete. My thoughts and prayers are with Peter and family.

Most Sincerely,
Anthony Moscato

Growing up in Foxon; the "Pit"; Manor Road; Little League; Foxon FD; joining the Navy together; both being in Police work. When you visited Guilford PD, it was like a "mini neighborhood reunion". Though we didn't get to see each other that often, we were (and will always be) brothers in spirit.
Mike "Jose" from Hurlburt Drive. (ret. Guilford PD)

So sorry to learn of Pete's passing. So many great times both socially and on the ball field. My condolences to the family.

My heart felt condolences to the Simoni family on Petes passing.
I am both shocked and saddened to see this. I'm a retired EHPD police officer who worked with Pete for many years. He was a great guy and an outstanding detective. RIP brother.

Ret. Officer Lisa Scaramella

Pete,CO-worker,friend.Rest in piece we will miss you.WE think of Wendy all the time and now we add you to our list.I enjoyed working with you and it breaks our hearts knowing you are gone.I have to believe you are in a better place.R.I P

Pete was a true blue old fashioned Detective who never stopped working until he had the case solved. He was dedicated to the Department and to the community he served having done so with honor and pride in his chosen vocation of Police work.He will be missed

I had the honor and privilege to have served with Pete on the East Haven Police Departmental. I also fondly remember playing Chess in the AV Club behind Mr. Dom Longo's Class room. Pete was a great person and kind man. My condolences to his family. Rest In Pete and God Bless.

Our hearts are so heavy not only did we loose a good friend but also a wonderful neighbor. That drive down the driveway will never be the same. Rest In Peace Pete so glad your suffering is over and you are safe in the arms of Jesus. Tell Wendy we said hello and miss her as well . Love you my friend
