Mr. Smith was a great man. I went through school with his son Peter, for many years. My Uncle John would play as much Golf with him as possible. He was truly loved, and will be forever missed! Alan Matya 423-681-6047

Wendy, Ray and I were so sorry to hear of Pete´s passing. He was a sweet man and will be missed!!!! We cannot come to the funeral home as we are leaving town tomorrow but we will be thinking about you and your family!!!

Pete was a very special, good friend. Many golf trips and outings together, and so many good memories. Thinking and praying for you Wendy.

Our prayers are with your family at this time. Our son, Chris, sent us this obituary when he realized his Dad, William Barry D'Surney had to be a relative since their backgrounds are so similar.
