Peter E. Solomon

We will hold a memorial event for Peter on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 3:00 pm, in the chapel at Cardigan Mountain School, in Canaan, New Hampshire, with a reception to follow at the school. Peter's good friend, the Reverend Gayle A. Murphy, of Northwood Congregational Church, has kindly agreed to help coordinate a simple program intended to create an opportunity for all who may wish to speak and share their thoughts and memories of Peter.

I have many fond memories of Peter as I knew him growing up in Canaan. Watching him make his way around town with his cane always made for some rather comical conversations. His love for the town, its people and the Fire Service will be deeply missed. He was a very caring person who always made time to chat. He will deeply missed and our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time
