Not sure what to say?

I often reminisce about the many miles we ran together through the rain forest, the route of fire and the sandy beaches of Costa Rica. I know you are running now, pain free. My only regret is that I never accepted your invitation to come visit you in St. Augustine. Your friend, Jay

Myself and other members of MA miss the quick mind and wit of our friend, Peter. RIP friend.

We just read the sad news of Peter's passing. Please accept our sincere and heartfelt condolences at this most difficult times and pleas pass these feeling on to your family. We remember, although we were competitors, the fine social visits we had during our time in Venezuela and cherish the painting you did for us on a small tea table.

Bon voyage my dear friend Peter! Although you've left a gaping hole in the hearts of many you've left behind, you've completed your journey and are resting comfortably as you gently paddle the pristine heavenly streams! You were intelligent, accomplished, and kind to everyone you met. You'll be missed by all. Love from Leigh and me.

I met Peter 15 years ago in St. Augustine as we are both part of the local running community. My wife, Renee' and I shared many Great memories over the years with Peter and Debbie. He was a GREAT man and a Wonderful friend. We miss him every day.

Peter was a wonderful classmate in the 3 major program at Wesleyan. Always friendly, never at a loss for a little humor in discussions, smart as the dickens. I really liked him, and so did so many of us.

I worked at Maersk for 29 years in New York, Port Newark, NJ and Madison, New Jersey. Peter was a part of all of those years and I had a great relationship with him. He was a kind man and very seldom...if ever...did I hear him say anything derogatory about anyone. I can vividly remember my first business trip out of town, when I visited the Philadelphia Agency probably in the year 1973. Peter was manager and went out of his way to make me comfortable and provide me with the benefit of his...

Peter was a founding member of our ultra-running community. His stories in camp after stages of The Costal Challenge inspired me to explore the world and push my limits. Pedro, you will be missed
