I remember that there was never a question that Pete and Pat would be together as long as one of them remained alive - and the memory of them would live on.

So much time has passed since I had to leave Lawrence to attend university where my parents lived.
That said, I continue to remember Pete as he was during our Freshman and Sophomore years.
He and Patty were always upbeat, gracious and friendly.
What a gift Pete was to all who met and knew him even though so very many years have been the journey.

This is for Pat and her children. I am deeply saddened to learn of Pete's passing this past Sunday. My memories of the two of you have lasted the many years since we met at Lawrence University. You and Pete were always the spark igniting reunion spirit.
