Not sure what to say?

I hadn't realized Peter had passed until just recently. He was my first love as well. We met at Pleasant Hill beach when he was with a friend and I was with my best friend, Nancy. We went hiking in Mohican State Park that afternoon and I invited Peter to visit for the weekend at my home in Wooster, Ohio where I lived with my parents. We attended my 5th class reunion and went to my church the next day. We then had a picnic with my family in our backyard. The next weekend he invited me...

PLEASE NOTE: AUG 12th 2019 submitted my posting for review, but forgot to sign it. It starting with the fact that Peter was at Lehigh and I was at Centenary College in 1962....... etc etc I forgot to sign it " Trish"

Peter Thorp was a student at Lehigh and I was at Centenary College when we first met! 1962.. My very first love.... I will always remember him fondly! I was very sad to learn of his passing. I missed the opportunity to see him back in 1970 when he was returning from his home in Gambier, Ohio to go back to Washington. I know he is watching over all the people he has loved.. and will meet again someday, on the other side. My condolences to his family, friends, and associates.

Peter was perhaps my first boyfriend, going back to Miss Simmons Dancing Classes in Columbus Ohio in the 1950s. Together we won both the dancing ribbons that year.
I am sorry that our paths did not cross later in life, but I am not surprised to learn of his accomplishments.
God Speed.

My condolenences to the family. I helped Peter with his surety licensing and he was always a pleasure to speak with. May happy memories of him always fill you with smiles. God bless.

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May prayers strengthen you and memories comfort you, and may our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who loves us, comfort your hearts and "make you firm". (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17)

Vivian, I'm so very sorry to hear this news. I think about you often and what fun we had playing golf. I know you have great memories of Peter and hope things will get better for you soon.
