RIP Peter - such a big heart, kind spirit, and talented and gentle soul. Thanks so much or the beautiful music and memories. You are in our hearts always.

I'm so sad to hear that we have lost such a talented artist. I never had the pleasure of meeting Peter or any of the Monkees but I watching them and loving their music and TV shows. Rest in peace Peter. I'm believe Heaven has just gained an amazing artist and maybe meeting up with David Jones while you sing with the angels. My thoughts and prayers go out to all your loved ones. You will be missed dearly.

Rest In Peace Peter, you were a big part of my life growing up as a kid. I use to watch you guys on tv all the time. Ibalways wanted to be as funny as you guys were. I am still a musician, ("METAL MUSIC") but Ill always "REALLY DIG YOUR MUSIC"!!!! Thank you for the memories

RIP Peter, we will never forget all the music and laughter you gave us. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

My wife and I were saddened to hear about the loss of Peter Tork and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. We both loved all of The Monkees and their music, but my last name is Torkelson and my nick-name was Tork, so I always favored Peter just a titsch more than the others. At a time like this I'm reminded of an old song that said ,"If there's a rock n' roll heaven, you know they have one hell of a band." Rest in peace, Peter, and thanks for a lifetime...

I only just learned of Peter's death. While most of my friends were swooning over Davy, I was cutting pictures of Peter out of the teen magazines and taping them up on my wall. The Monkees are a important piece of the tapestry and the legacy of the 1960s and Peter will be missed. R.I.P.

May you find peace in this time of sorrow my condolences
