Peter Torrente has been a friend to the Watts Family for many years. Selling us our first house in Seaside and in 1979 helped in finding a building for Denny to rent so he could open his glass shop, which his son Richard has now taken over after his dad's passing in 2013. Peter's passing has touched the Watts family deeply and we send our deepest condolence and prayers to Torrente Family. God Bless you Peter! Richard, Ann & Jonathan, Michael Watts and Cheryl Watts Cato

My condolences to Mary Torrente and family.

I am deeply sadden by the passing of cousin Peter it took me by surprise. He was a kind and good man. He extended himself to me when I was writing my book the Italians of the Monterey Peninsula. He invited me to the AMCI Club where he introduced his italians friends to me. He fished with my father and provided numerous pictures for my book, he will be missed.

Nano, you always put your family's happiness over your own. You where such a thoughtful and a caring grandpa. You accepted everyone, and tried to have a understanding with everyone you met in your life. You where such a kindhearted and gentle man, and so wise. I have learned a lot from you, and your spirit will live on in my heart forever. It maybe goodbye for now, but not forever. We will miss you so much.

Love,
Your grandson Peter T.
