I have been the substitute drummer for Harvey Robbins for the past several years when Peter was unable to make it. I can tell you that before we had ever met, I knew he was loved and well respected by Harvey and all the other musicians, singers and others involved with the shows. On the road in Coral Springs FLA
I worked with Peter for many years in the band that played the oldies shows with Harvey Robbins. He was a great friend and drummer. We had a blast on many road trips especially to Florida. He was well respected by all the other musicians he worked with and will be missed. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the area of computers and recording and helped me a lot when I was recording the music for a guitar book I recently finished.
This is how I will always remember my friend...

I worked with Peter for many years at DEC and later briefly at Raytheon. He was a great guy and one of my favorite people to work with. I remember one time he told me to tune in to the local radio station as they were broadcasting him playing the drums with his blues band. He was a very talented guy and a good friend and I am saddened by his death. My condolences to his family and friends.
