Peter Truebner

Those of us in the helping professions (Police,Social Services)
greatly appreciated all that Peter did for the Town of Darien.
During his term on the Housing Authority the Town built the first units of Senior Housing, and the first units of moderate income condos,not without some major battles.
It was always a pleasure to see his smiling face at the Town Hall and he will be greatly missed.

I knew Peter extremely well at Hotchkiss School where I became utterly enthralled with his amazingly creative wit, replete with a unique language. Pete was a life-force to be reckoned with. Goobye good friend of my youth.

A true man with a big heart. Always willing to listen. Will miss him dearly.
