Mr Uren was my Maths teacher for 1985-1986 (Years 11 and 12). I have immense respect for him and his teaching style. I used to sit at the front of his class. He was incredibly calm and always helpful and had the most pleasant demeanour

Mr Uren was a kind person who was humourous and enlightening, he had charisma and talent and showed passion in teaching mathematics, he undoutly helped many people advance their careers with a boost in maths which contributes to the modern world. he was a true treasure in this world, that will never be forgotten.

I was both shocked and saddened to hear of Peter's passing. Special thoughts to Di and family at this very sad time.

Our sincere condolences to Di, Amy and Tim. It came as a big shock to hear of Peter's passing.
His ability to do timetables always amazed me as well as his calm polite manner at all times. It is such a sad loss for your family.
