I was so sorry to hear that Pete passed away. I have fond memories of his beautiful smile, his gentle personality and his love for his family. He now joins Esther and George DeVries, Ruthann Scripps and all the other dear friends who went before him in glory.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I was fortunate to work for Pete in the mid 1970's and early 1980's and I can honestly say I never worked for anyone I respected more and it's because he always treated his employees with respect,honesty and fairness. He was a good Christian man and he will be missed by many.

Steve,
Your dad befriended me when I came to GR in 1978. We had many good times together at Greenridge and Egypt Valley. I will always remember him and look forward to being with him again in glory.
