I'm so sorry that I couldn't make it for the funeral, but my deepest sympathies go to the whole family. This is a very trying time and please know that you're all in my prayers and even though we don't know or understand God's plan we have to trust and rely on him. Peter was a special young man and loved by everyone who took the time to meet and understand him. God bless your family, and I hope your family feels his loving embrace. We'll all see his beautiful face and hug him closely...

The light within Peter's heart seems to have touched so many...including our hearts too... Remembering the difficult challenges leading up to his birth, that gave way to great joy and delight upon his arrival. And of Haley as his sweet big sister (who I am sure shared her Haley noodles with him when he was older). So very sorry for your loss. I only met Peter as a baby, but he was such a happy, smiling child I am sure he grew up to be a wonderful young man. Kathy, I am almost at a loss for words and can only imagine your pain and heartache. I remember when you brought Peter around one day a few years back, and I marveled at the wonderful man he had become. He was such a good soul and certainly stood out in middle school.
