To the entire Veeder family, a message from Charlie Appel one of Gerrit's teachers from St. Edmund's.
When I went to SEA to teach in 1964, one name that I heard repeatedly from Dr. Izod ('Sir') was the name Peter Veeder. Peter was legendary even that long after his graduation from St. Edmund's. He was held in high regard by anyone who remembered him from those elementary school days. Later, when Gerrit came to SEA for the end of his Middle School years, I was thrilled to meet him and...
