Not sure what to say?

Hey brother its been a long road, and awhile since you left us. You being gone really affected me and my life. I had to get to a point where I could finally even talk about it. I struggled as you saw, and I finally someone started saying life for the memory instead of dying inside from it. Im doing a lot better now. Still wish you around. Miss you brother.

Cassie, I don't know of any way to respond directly to you. I've (unsuccessfully) tried to find your contact information a number of times. I would love to be in touch again! Would you email me? bethany[at]thepaulandbethanypage[dot]com

I often think of Peter throughout the year and every once in a while look his name up to see these pics of him... Today has been one of those days. Even now, though married with 3 children and one on the way, the scars are still there and the tears still flow. I often wonder how long they will last..... To the family and friends of Cpl. Peter D. Wagler:
It has truly been my honor to sign Peter's guest book these past few years. Unfortunately, due to complications from my Multiple Sclerosis, this may be the last message I'm able to write. Please forgive me and know that Peter will always be remembered in my home.
With love and respect ~ Peggy

I have been thanking a soldier a day since Memorial Day and would be honored to use your son. I come from a family that believes the military is the best choice. Both my brothers and sister served in that area and in no way can I even imagine the pain you have gone through. I...

Miss you "Doogie"

It is with great sadness that I did not know Peter well, but for the hope of seeing him with Jesus. In the same way that my cousin who is in the Army is my hero, so is Peter. He gave his blood for us, as Dear Jesus gave His, though in a much different way.

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13

Peter gave more than anyone can give; he gave ultimate love; he gave his life.
