Not sure what to say?

I have never met a person that has made such a positive impact on so many people's lives like Pete Walch. He was an extremly generous and caring man with a tremendous zest for life and spirit to help others. The Boys & Girls clubs, numerous community and civic organizations, the steel industry, Ephraim Foundation,Lawrence University and so on are ALL better off today because of Pete's unselfishness and dedication to making such a meaningful contribution.
You went out on top Pete ! Thanks...

Jimmy Hanley, who likes to keep us all mindful of each other... even to this very day, informed me of Peter Walch. My brother Peter Kamuchey played on the other end of the Riverside H.S. football team from Peter Walch. Even though I was just a freshman when they were seniors, I still remember Peter Walch (and also his brother John). We sometimes forget how much of an impact some of us make upon others... and from what I am reading in this guest book... Peter Walch...

Pete was a great friend and a wonderful man to work for. He was full of business ideas to the very end and was greatly respected in the steel processing industry, with good reason. I will miss him!

We are grieving the sudden loss of such a wonderful friend of over 45 years. Pete will live on in our hearts and we'll never forget his marvelous memory for jokes. We can hear the laughter from heaven. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Judy and the family. We will see you this summer.

I knew Pete Walch for over 40 years both as a friend, a partner in business and a mentor. Nobody will ever forget his love of life, his family, his wonderful stories and his sense of humor. In the face of adversity he was always calm. In a time of need, he was always there. My fondest regards to his wife Judy and the boys and their family. I am certain that everyone whose life Pete touched will mourn his loss for some time.

Pete will always be a part of my memories. He was a great man who enjoyed life. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this time of loss.

I very much enjoyed working for Pete, such a gentle man, of which I held a great respect for. RIP Pete.....my condolences to the family.

Pete was a great boss and will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to Judy and family.
