Read MoreI had to admire Pete and his siblings from afar, since I was enlisted, and Maj. (LTC) Pete was my commander at Grissom. They moved in unison, when they walked together, and little Pete would be leading them. His dad was very proud of him.

So sad to learn this news! Pete lived next door to me in Indiana at Grissom AFB and we had many fun times together there in the late 70s. Keeping y'all in my thoughts and prayers.
