Peter A. Whiting

Although Peter wasn't a member of our old PACE!/Process Excellence family for long, he was a well liked, highly respected and valued team member...and an even better human being. We will remember him fondly and offer our condolences, thoughts and prayers to his family.

Peter and I grew up living next door to each other. I have many memories of the two of us playing baseball behind the Old Read School. RIP

My message from March 5 regarding the friendship of Pete, Wayne and I went unsigned. For those of who that remember the 4 of us, I am Tim Bashara

When both Wayne and Greg called on the same day I knew that something had happened to Pete. The number of lifelong images of the 4 of us at UMass are burned into my memory. We worked hard, played hard and were inseparable in college. Although we went our own ways, he will never be forgotten. Pete, rest comfortably knowing that you have forever touched the lives of Wayne, Greg and I in a special way. My deepest sympathies to the family.

We haven't been in touch for many years but he was a great friend in high school and college. And, he was the best man at my wedding in 1968.

For the rest of my life I will always remember Pete with a smile and will miss his presence in our lives forever.
