Fond memories of Peter,especially in early 1980's when I had shares in race horses with Lester Smith,Peter Kerslake, Cleland Murdoch and many others.However,in mid 1970,a couple of years after I had won a certain bike race in Southland. I was at Ascot Park Hotel, and after a couple or red wines,actually could have been couple of bottles " each" ,Peter and Mike Brown asked me if I would mind going on their racehorse heart treadmill,just to see how human athlete heart compare to top line...
