Not sure what to say?

I worked with Pete in Kuwait in 2004-2005. He was a servant leader who always had kind words and a joke or two. On a subsequent deployment to Baghdad in 2007, I learned from his commanding general that he had passed away t In late 2006. I was stunned and saddened. May he rest in peace.

I know this post is very late, but I met while Pete selling him a German Mg. He let me drive one of his half tracks around his property. In all this time, I never forgot what a talented and thoughtful man he was. In our last phone conversation he told me he was going to Iraq. My life moved on and I lost track. I just now found out of his loss. Truly a one of a kind man, talented in so many ways and a hero. RIP Brother.

And a Happy Birthday to you my brother. We miss you.
