Not sure what to say?

I was Pete's catcher in Mid Island Little League and 1963 All Star Team and shared a great friendship during those years, He was the most dominant pitcher and hitter of his time. Played against each other through the years in Babe Ruth, High School, American Legion and T-M.
May you RIP

Brent and Jared,

It is with great shock and sadness that we write this to you. We just found out last night about Pete. So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Pete had become quite close to us ever since our son, Connor became his first ballplayer/student at The Bat Yard. For the last ten years he continued to mentor our son all thru little league and high school sports and got him recognized down South. Connor is now playing ball at The University of South Carolina-Aiken. ...

Jared and Brent, My sincere condolences on the passing of your dear dad. May you be comforted knowing he is at peace and that you were by his side when he needed you most. With thoughts and prayers, Adele Rushneck RN, Trauma ICU Westchester Medical Center.

My condolences to the family. I met Pete on Block Island one summer when my boyfriend was a chef there for the season, and had already made friends with him. Pete was fun, good company, and we went out sailing together - an excursion I have photos of. We had Staten Island in common, and kept in touch. Sorry to hear he's gone so soon.

Peter was a classmate of mine at St. Rita's in SI. I remember his athletic abilities, friendship and positive demeanor. So sad to learn of his passing.

I'm proud to say that I played baseball with Pete in H.S. and college. He was fantastic behind the plate with a very strong arm and he was unmatched with his fierce hitting ability. Pete was a great friend. My condolences to the family.

Terrific ballplayer and very good man. He was a teammate of mine on a championship Tappen Post team in American Legion and on a Cedric's team in the T-M Majors. A gentle giant who might have been the most dominant Little League 12-year-old ever! RIP Peter.

Passed too young. My deepest condolences to the rest of the family.

I remember Pete as a star on our Little League team many years ago...

My condolences to the family.
