I had the privilege of working with Peter at OIS.
Peter would occasionally pop into a group of us younger engineers in an apartment in Tarrytown to enjoy a beer and backgammon games. He was pretty hip for an older fellow compared to all of us younger dudes
I will always remember him for his phaser advertisement he displayed in his office in Elmsford.
Im also aware of the risk he took to change the GM at OIS. He stopped me in the hallway and thanked me for my contribution...

Dr Zory was never too busy for a chat with a me as an undergraduate student at UF. It’s been 20 years and I still remember and appreciate the discussions we had.
