Not sure what to say?

It was a frigid night in Chicago when Dr. Kisielius attended to a poor Lithuanian immigrant woman in labor. Over the years, she had many health problems and Dr. K frequently made housecalls. I saw his compassion, dedication and selflessness and resolved to emulate the man who helped my mother and so many others. Now, as a physician, I still try to emulate his works, but often fall short. He left very big shoes to fill. Thank you for everything you did. Amzina atilsi.

Our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Kisielius and family. Dr. Kisielius is to be remembered as a compassionate, selfless physician as well as an outstanding loyal Lithuanian Catholic activist. It is fitting that he was admired by many.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Dr. Petras Kisielius. Dr. Kisielius' altruism, compassion, and selflessness were evident not only in his tireless efforts to ease human suffering, but also in his social activism through a number of noble organizations. He was an ideal role model for my generation of post WWII Baby Boomers. His life enhanced so many other lives, and our world is a much better place for his having been here. How fortunate we are to have known him....

My deepest sympathy to the Kisielius Family. During his many years of active practice, Dr. Kisielius touched the lives of many patients and their families including mine. He was respected and will always be remembered for the compassionate care he gave to his patients, for his leadership qualities and, as a man of honor and integrity who unselfishly served his patients, colleagues and Loretto Hospital. It is an honor to have known a physician of his caliber.

My deepest sympathy to Mrs Kisielius and family. Dr Kisielius was my mentor and dear friend. In my 30 years of practice I have always tried to live up to what the good doctor taught me. He was truly THE BEST of the best. Today as the rain falls surely the angels are crying and so am I.
