Not sure what to say?

Peyton Sher lives in my heart. On November 11th , 2001 we watched the first plane strike the World Trade Center, he paled. His first thought was of the soldier's who would be sent in to combat as a result. Those who would give the greatest gift... Their lives. He taught me so much, in light of the deaths on this day ... He gave an insight into this day 20 yrs later... He was able to communicate with his visceral reaction how deeply difficult a task it would be.

A gentlemen and Boxing personality that always had time for the little guy. You will be missed.

Carole: I just learned of Peyton's passing today. I had the pleasure of working with Peyton during my years managing boxers in the 90's. My friendship with Peyton leaves me with very fond memories of those years. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. He will be greatly missed. Brian Chorpenning

Peyton was a very kind man, and like a father to me, I was so thankful to always have him in my corner.

Carole,
I just found out today of Peyton's passing. I am sorry for your loss. I would have attended his services to pay my respects had I known.
We remember fondly the times we saw you at dad's. The conversations were always so lively. Going to the fights with Peyton and dad was always a treat.
I remember how great of friends my dad and Peyton were.
We pray you find peace and comfort.
Sincerely,
Mark & Carol Robbins

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Sher. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.
