Saw her just a few weeks ago. Can't believe she's not still power-walking around Manchester. Love to all.

Dear David and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. What a treasure we have all loss. Phebe was one of the most welcoming people I ever met. As president of Pen Women in Vermont, it was an honor to have her in our group. She has left an amazing legacy because of her many contributions and the memories she created for all of us. You are in my thoughts. Fondly, Sandy Gartner
