Pherbia Tinsley Pherbia Tinsley, 51, of Charlottesville, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 14, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Cornelius Tinsley and Barbara Smith Tinsley of Charlottesville, Virginia. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted family, her daughter, Telambria Tinsley; and one son, Romequez Chavez, both of Charlottesville, Virginia; four brothers, Jeffrey and Cory Tinsley, both of Atlanta, Georgia, Benjamin Paige of Albany, New York, and Cornelius Tinsley of Charlottesville, Virginia; one grandchild, Maniyah Washington of Charlottesville, Virginia; her fiance, Sebastian Chavez; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at First Baptist Church Main Street with the Reverend Hodari Hamilton and the Reverend Jessica Jackson officiating.
