Not sure what to say?

It was always good to be around Phil . . . he had patience for everyone . . .

What a sad occasion but I'll remember Phil with joy as he was often my captain on my trips throughout Alaska.
VJ Taylor-Patanella (FA), Spokane WA

My thoughts & prayers to you Barb and family. I flew many flights with Phil he was a great Capt. Always a joy to work with.

Barb and family,
I enjoyed working with Phil at AS from 1981-1992. He gave new meaning to the term "Block time". My thoughts are with you.

Barb and family: My heart goes out to you at this difficult time. Please know that my prayers are with you. Love to all, Ann Young, Ellensburg, Wa

Barb, Teresa, Connor, Garrett and the Block family,
I fondly remember Phil's rosy cheeks, his booming voice, and the mischevious twinkle in his eye. He was truly an amazing man. My family's thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Barb & Family
Very sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. Your family has always meant alot to us as neighbors for many years and more particularly the great time I had coaching Bob. Phil was a true pioneer spirit and will certainly be missed. Sorry I couldn't make the services but circumstances prevented me from attending. If there is anything I can do for you please call. You were great neighbors and good friends. Please accept our sincere sympathy for your loss at this time.

We were sorry to hear about Phil's death and want to extend our sincere condolences to Barbara and their family.
Altho it is some years since we relocated to Hawaii, we remember Phil from back in the '60's and his generosity to neighbors.
His peaceful repose will be in our prayers as well as the family well-being.
