Phil was definitely the funny one making everyone he was around laugh till they cried. You will be dearly missed, sending love and prayers to the family.

Phil was one of my husbands best friends.They talked nearly every week.I had an accident In May (shot myself and broke my arm).Phil started calling me Annie Oakley. Only Phil would think of that,Right? He would call often to check on me and we always had such a good time talking.We will miss him so much and be thinking of his family.

Goodbye old friend, you will be greatly missed.You always brighten my day.

The best neighbor a person could have. Always smiling, friendly and caring person. You will be missed. Love and prayer to the family.
