Not sure what to say?

I graduated from Northwestern High with Phil and we attended St. John's UMC together in Rock Hill. I ran into him in Charleston after I moved there and it was a treat to be reunited as friends for a bit! As our 30th reunion approaches next year, we will be missing one of the greatest guys around! It was a true shock to hear of his passing and my heart goes out to his family at this time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Your children were blessed with wonderful role models in life and now have powerful angels watching over them.Memories can bring us joy and comfort-- soon they lead to smiles and laughter.

My condolences to the family of my fraternal brother at this time of grief and sorrow.

(Phil) your a very inspiring guy i will miss you very much. (Phil) you made my sis (Jody) so very happy and fulled her with so much joy every time you would come to bullhead. Much love goes out the family and friends you will all be in my heart. I now sit at your desk and just wonder how it would have been if i could have visited you here in SC.

love you

josh (you are and always will be family)

Phil and I have been friends for some twenty years. He was always there for me if I needed a friend to talk to when I was down and needed cheering up. His disarming smile and infectious laugh always made my problems seem smaller. He will be dearly missed....Dr. Olivia Palmer, Charleston

I am sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts and prayers of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I was sorry to hear of Phil's passing. The way he lived his life now (17 years sober) is an inspiration to me to work on my continuing recovery. To all his family and friends you are in my prayers. FB IP66

It was a pleasure knowing Phil during the time he volunteered at the prison where my husband is a chaplain. He was a great belssing to the guys in the program.

Phil was responsible for getting me off drugs back about ten years ago. He saved my life and showed me there was a differant way to live.

He showed me that there was fun to be had in a life without drugs. That there was accual hobbies and careers that one could have without them centering around getting high.

I owe a lot of who I am you Phil Huff and now at such a young age he is killed. Leaving behind a teenage boy, a new wife, family and a friend that would do anything...
