Dorothy, We were sad to learn of Phil's passing. Steve and I considered him a good friend and a stalwart in the church.
We send our deepest condolences to you and your family.

Our sincere sympathy to Ken and the entire Kotter Family.

My love goes to a wonderful Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Both of your love and prayers have given me strenghth at times when I was at my weakest. I hope my prayers and love can do the same for you and the family. Grandpa was a kind and giving man. I am grateful that I was able to know him.
Love you.

My great grandfather was a wonderful man who was loved by all. I love him so very much and know his is in heavenly fathers arms now with friends and family that have passed on. You were a amazing man and a even better great grand father. I'm honored to have been part of your life and family.

Phil was a good friend from the time I was about ten years old. He was my neighbor and my priesthood leader. We still have our insurance with the successor to his insurance agency, fifty-six years later. We're thinking of you Kotter family.
