I did not know Phil, but I go to PCB every year and was on the beach with friends and family the day they pulled him to shore. Me and a friend ran to help right away since we had medical background to help I only wish that we could have done more. I think of him his son and family daily . You are all in my prayers and forever in my heart. God bless????
