I am so sorry to learn of Phil passing... I knew Phil and his mom for 42 years. We worked together at Yardville Correctional back in the 70's and early 80's. Always kept you laughing and of course I always looked forward to the postcards he would send from all corners of the globe of places he visited. He will be sorely missed... R.I.P. Phil
